Cars from auctions
A lot is held for a limited time, so proof of payment is needed quickly. The document requirements are in the block above.
We send yen to a recipient in Japan by SWIFT transfer or by a domestic payment — your choice. We issue the payment order on the day you pay, so you have confirmation for the seller or the auction right away, without waiting for the funds to be credited.

The Japanese side often needs proof of payment the same day: the auction is holding the lot, the seller won't ship without a document, the exporter is waiting for proof before dispatch. Meanwhile the SWIFT transfer itself takes up to six business banking days — and that cannot be sped up.
That is why we issue the payment order on the day the request is paid. You can show it to the seller as proof that the money has been sent while it moves along the chain. If timing is critical, there is a second route — a domestic payment, which takes one to two business days.
| Method | When it fits | Timing and confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| SWIFT transfer | An official payment against an invoice, when the recipient needs an international payment to a corporate account | 1–6 business banking days after the payment is received. Payment order — same day |
| Domestic payment | When the recipient can accept crediting inside Japan and timing matters | 1–2 business days. The manager sends the payment receipt once it has gone through |
You choose the method — the manager will tell you the timing for each option. To start, we need the recipient's bank details or an invoice for the goods or services: either one works.
Message a manager — we'll go through the timing, pick the route and tell you when the payment order will be ready.
Paying for a car abroad is done against an invoice and is handled separately from a regular transfer. We work with both private buyers and companies — the set of documents differs.
Passport, invoice or sales contract, residence registration. We send the cost calculation before payment.
Additionally: a company details sheet, an extract from the commercial register or a certificate of incorporation, the director's passport, customs receipt orders for the last one to two months, the agent's report.
We confirm the import route up front. Direct import from the country of export into Russia, or through a CIS country with customs clearance there. In the second case you will also need a sales contract between the CIS citizen and the buyer in Russia.

Regular purchases with a long list of items. The setup is done once and then repeats.
The supplier asks for prepayment, and the payment has to be backed by documents for subsequent accounting.
A transfer to yourself or to family into an account with a Japanese bank — using the recipient's bank details.
For company deals the threshold is the same for every destination — from $1,000 or the equivalent. Above RUB 3,000,000 you will need a contract with the supplier containing a clause on payment by a third party; if there is no such clause, an addendum is drawn up. Below that amount, an invoice and a company details sheet are enough.
We do not handle payments for dual-use goods — special alloys and chemical precursors, microelectronics and chips, supercomputers and specialized software, encryption and navigation equipment, components for aircraft, drones and missiles, nuclear materials. We check the goods and the counterparty before starting work.

With SWIFT we provide the payment order on the day the request is paid — you can show it to the seller as proof that the money has been sent. The crediting itself takes one to six business banking days.
SWIFT works for an official payment against an invoice to a corporate account: 1–6 business banking days. A domestic payment is faster — 1–2 business days — but the recipient has to be able to accept it. The manager will tell you the timing for each option.
A private buyer needs a passport, an invoice or a sales contract and a residence registration. A company additionally needs a company details sheet, an extract from the register, the director's passport, customs receipt orders for the last one to two months and the agent's report. We separately confirm the import route — direct or through a CIS country.
The recipient's bank details or an invoice for the goods or services — either one works. For a company deal you will also need a company details sheet.

Yes, payouts are available in Tokyo, Osaka, Toyama and Nagoya, with a minimum amount of JPY 1,000,000. The city, time and amount are agreed in advance. Terms for accepting cash are confirmed by the manager separately.
We do not handle incoming bank transfers from Japan — we only send to the recipient.
