Send money abroad

Tell us the country and the amount. The manager will calculate the rate, name the timing and list what you will need — before you pay anything. If the route doesn't work, we'll tell you straight away.

  • The rate holds for 30 minutes — time to think it over
  • The fee is inside the rate, nothing is added on top
  • One manager works with you, not a string of different people

What people come with

What we are asked to do most often

Buy an apartment abroad

Pay the reservation, pay the developer's instalment, close the deal. The payer's name must match the buyer's — otherwise the deal won't be registered.

Pay for a car from an auction

Lots aren't held for long, and the seller is waiting for confirmation. We hand over the payment order on the day of payment — so you have something to show.

Pay for medical treatment

A clinic invoice, a deposit before admission, a check-up programme. We pay the invoice directly.

Receive wages from a ship

Contract work abroad: the money needs to be collected ashore or sent home.

How we work

Four steps from request to settlement

  1. 1We look at the task. Where, how much, in which currency, by when and what paperwork you have
  2. 2We run AML and KYC checks on both sides. Better to find everything out now than to hit a question halfway
  3. 3We name the rate and the amount. You see how much you pay and how much the person on the other side receives. The rate holds for 30 minutes
  4. 4We send it and see it through. We tell you when the money has arrived and pass on the confirmation
Straight talk

Three things worth knowing in advance

The final rate comes from the manager

The calculator shows it right away, but the final figure depends on the country, amount and route. We calculate it before you pay. If it doesn't suit you, we simply don't start.

There is a minimum

We don't handle very small transfers. Minimum amounts by country are in the table above, and they are real.

We may say no

If the country, the recipient or the purpose of payment doesn't pass our checks, we tell you straight away — not after you have sent the money.

FAQ

What our clients ask

Didn't find an answer? Message a manager and we'll help.

What documents are needed for a payment?

It depends on what you are paying for. Usually we need the recipient's details and the grounds: an invoice, a contract, proof of purchase, a clinic invoice or the property documents. The manager will tell you in advance exactly what your case needs.

How is the final cost calculated?

It depends on the amount, currency, direction, route and urgency. Before the operation starts we calculate the rate, the fee and the final amount — you see the full economics of the transfer in advance. Once agreed, the terms are locked.

Who is responsible for supporting the deal?

One manager from the first message to settlement. The same person clarifies the details, helps gather the documents, agrees the route and keeps you updated on the status.

Can I receive a transfer from abroad?

From Europe — yes, from $3,500. For China, Korea, Japan and Thailand we only send: we cannot receive from there.

Why does the manager confirm the final rate?

The calculator shows the rate right away and uses the same rate source. But the final figure depends on the country, amount and route, so the manager confirms it — and locks it for 30 minutes.
