Processing — any operation performed on personal data (collection, recording, storage, update, use, transfer, deletion).
Operator — EAST PAY, which organises and carries out the processing of personal data.
2. What data we collect
When forms on the Site are filled in and when contacting the Operator, we may process: name, contact phone, email, messenger username (Telegram, etc.), and details of the payment task voluntarily provided by the User.
Technical data may be collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, cookie data and activity on the Site — in anonymised form for analytics and Site operation.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed to: handle requests and enquiries, clarify task details and calculate terms, arrange and support the payment, meet AML/KYC requirements, prepare the closing document package, and inform the User about the status of their request.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of the User's consent given when submitting a form or contacting the Operator, as well as in cases provided for by applicable law and to perform contractual obligations.
5. Transfer to third parties
Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except where necessary to fulfil the request or contractual obligations (engaged partners and payment agents) and in cases provided for by law. Engaged parties are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of the data.
6. Retention period
Personal data is stored no longer than the processing purposes require, or for the period established by law. Once the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, the data is deleted or anonymised unless otherwise required by law.
7. Cookies
The Site may use cookies for correct operation, analytics and service improvement. The User can disable cookies in the browser settings; some Site features may then work incorrectly.
8. Rights of the data subject
The User has the right to: obtain information about the processing of their data, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, send a request to the Operator's contact address.
9. Data protection measures
The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
10. Changes to the Policy
The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on the Site at this address. Continued use of the Site after changes means agreement with the updated Policy.
